Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **GIS Manager **to join our team In this role you will get to **work on one of the fastest growing projects in the kingdom **.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- To take the lead for the design, coding, implementation and support of ESRI geospatial software.
- Establishes, implements and reviews policies, procedures and plans based on the standards and guidelines/ requirements of the client.
- Design and develop GIS Data models based on the client’s requirements.
- Responsible for GIS Data, collection, updating in order to maintain all GIS Databases are up to date.

- Publish GIS Data in ArcGIS Online/Enterprise based on the timely requirements.
- Design and develop the process for real time data collection from project site with use of ArcGIS Collector, Survey123 etc.
- Develop & Implement GIS/BIM integration standards and procedures.
- Publish GIS Data in ArcGIS Online/Enterprise based on the timely requirements.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Geosciences, Geography, Planning, Engineering & Architecture preferably Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in a management role required Extensive knowledge of starting, managing and growing a GIS program, as well as extensive knowledge of GIS and database standards, practices and procedures required. Masters degree preferred.
- Ability to manage GIS personnel in technically complex projects/tasks from planning through implementation. Ability to interpret rules, regulations, policies, standards and guidelines.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices are required.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Expert in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, Data Interoperability,3D Analyst etc.
- Extensive working knowledge in SAFE FME Packages.
- Ability to design and maintain GIS databases and other database formats such as Microsoft Access, dBase, etc.
- Proficiency in cartographic and map design (including coordinating systems, projections and map scales), database programming and design, and data.
