Our KSA team is looking for Market Access Manager Oncology.
**Key responsibilities** will include:
- Engaging top tier reimbursement Oncology stakeholders to accelerate Enlisting for the new Launches in KSA.
- Guide the Pricing team on the pricing strategies.
- Demonstrate the value proposition of our Oncology brands to the payers in KSA through:
- 1. Implementing of Expansion Plan for new Approved Indications and new oncology brand Launches.
- 2. Mapping of key stakeholders and thought leaders in the disease area, understand views and support their needs.
- 3. Enhance the Partnership with Oncology strategic Accounts and engage with KOL’s from MOH and SHC., etc.
- 4. Working closely with VD&A team to monitor legislative changes related to Market Access., help prepare company submissions and advise on action steps.
- Communicate and align Regional Oncology market access strategy with local cross functional team.
**Qualifications**:
- Pharma D degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
- Understanding Saudi healthcare and reimbursement systems.
- 1 year Oncology experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of the local economic environment.
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in Market Access.
- Arabic & English Fluency.
- Advanced office programs command.

يبحث فريقنا في المملكة العربية السعودية عن مدير الوصول إلى الأسواق في مجال الأورام. المسؤوليات الرئيسية سوف تشمل ما يلي: - إشراك أصحاب المصلحة في مجال علاج الأورام من الدرجة الأولى لتسريع عملية التجنيد لعمليات الإطلاق الجديدة في المملكة العربية السعودية. -إعداد عروض ملف القيمة إلى سلطات PT التي تطبق معايير عالية من التميز التشغيلي - توجيه فريق التسعير بشأن استراتيجيات التسعير. - إظهار عرض القيمة لعلاماتنا التجارية الخاصة بالأورام للدافعين في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال: 1. تنفيذ خطة التوسعة للمؤشرات المعتمدة الجديدة وإطلاق العلامات التجارية الجديدة للأورام. 2. رسم خرائط لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين وقادة الفكر في مجال المرض، وفهم وجهات النظر ودعم احتياجاتهم. 3. تعزيز الشراكة مع الحسابات الإستراتيجية للأورام والتواصل مع KOLs من وزارة الصحة و SHC.. إلخ. 4. العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق VD&A لمراقبة التغييرات التشريعية المتعلقة بالوصول إلى الأسواق، والمساعدة في إعداد عروض الشركة وتقديم المشورة بشأن خطوات العمل. - التواصل ومواءمة استراتيجية الوصول إلى سوق الأورام الإقليمية مع فريق محلي متعدد الوظائف. مؤهلات: - درجة فارما د في العلوم الصيدلانية. - فهم أنظمة الرعاية الصحية والسداد السعودية. - 1 سنة خبرة الأورام أمر حتمي. - فهم قوي للبيئة الاقتصادية المحلية. - يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة سنتين في مجال الوصول إلى الأسواق. - الطلاقة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.. قيادة البرامج المكتبية المتقدمة.
