**Project Duration**: 1 year.
**Years of Experience**: 10+ years in Project Management in the Power Generation sector.
**Language Requirements**:Fluency in English (written and spoken).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in undertaking initial project feasibility assessments, including site selection, technology evaluation, and preliminary financial modeling.
- Allocate internal resources to form and manage bid development teams.
- Govern bid governance, plan schedules and milestones, and control costs.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and change management processes.
- Act as a central point of communication and coordination between different project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor, control, and report on project changes to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports to key internal and external stakeholders on key bidding and award-related activities, including but not limited to bid solicitation, evaluation, shortlisting, and award recommendation.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Manage document revisions and ensure team members can access the latest versions of necessary documents.
- Coordinate financial close activities, including scheduling, task completion, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Support the finalization of project agreements (PPA, PD, EIA, SLA, etc.).
- Set up Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
- Obtain regulatory approvals and permits.
- Support SPV governing bodies' representatives.
- Manage project-level equity and debt transactions.
- Oversee contractual obligations.
- Manage asset protection and insurance claims.
- Manage SPV distributions (dividends, fees, EBLs, etc.).
- Monitor and manage asset performance.
- Identify project synergies and integrate project operations with a wider portfolio of projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, in the power generation sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Work Location**:

- Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with visits to project sites.
