**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Implement effective project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or traditional).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential problems.
- Resolve construction-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Budget and Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare accurate cost reports and forecasts.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess project risks.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Contract Management**:

- Review and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor contract performance and enforce contract terms.
- Resolve contract disputes and claims.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and construction workers.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in real estate development.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must have Valid Transferrable Iqama
- Experience in GCC as Project management is Preferred
- Arabic Language is a Plus.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
