**Gathern** is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Host Performance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Host Performance Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our hosts achieve optimal performance on our platform. This role focuses on analyzing host data, providing actionable insights, and implementing strategies that elevate the hosting experience, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supply Growth Facilitation**: Actively participate in supply growth initiatives to ensure the company scales effectively and meets increasing consumer demands.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize a data-driven approach to identify the root causes of supply shortages and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that enhance host performance and overall experience.
- **KPI Management**: Support the oversight of the Hosts' funnel and growth KPIs, ensuring key performance indicators align with business goals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in the development and implementation of processes that monitor and improve supply quality metrics, ensuring stakeholders experience seamless and high-quality interactions.
- **Collaborative Growth Strategy**: Work closely with the data team to identify and leverage growth opportunities, aiming to retain and expand the supply base in key markets.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Engage with Operations, Product, Marketing, and other departments to foster a unified approach to optimizing the host experience.
- **Metrics and Reporting**: Help define and monitor success metrics, blending quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decision-making and promote continuous improvement.
- **Communication and Engagement**: Assist in developing and executing communication plans that facilitate effective host onboarding and ongoing engagement, providing essential resources to enhance their participation and growth.
- **Educational Campaigns**: Contribute to the design and delivery of host educational campaigns using the internal CRM system, ensuring hosts receive valuable information to optimize their contributions to the platform.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Analytics or Growth background/Project Management/ Preferably with content and communication background.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data interpretation and KPI management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to implement effective performance improvements.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
