We are Looking for a Director - Infrastructure & Operations, for one of our well-known clients based in KSA.

**Title**:Director - Infrastructure & Operations**

**Location**: Riyadh, KSA**

**Experience**: Min 10 years’ experience.

**Job Summary***:To identify the Infrastructure & Operations strategic objectives and provide operational oversight for for the department by ensuring the identification and delivery of required activities, to achieve the department mandate and contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**A**.
**Strategic Contribution**
- Direct the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda of the Infrastructure & Operations department to deliver company’s vision and mission.
- Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Department and monitor the performance.

**B**.
**Leadership**
- Direct the activities of the extended team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures.
- Build and lead a motivated, engaged, and competent extended team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
- Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to the company's vision, mission, values, fundamentals, and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated team, and continuously improve performance.

**Budgeting**

**D. Infrastructure**
- Oversee the planning, design and configuration of the LANs and WANs to provide an effective, reliable, and secure communications infrastructure that follows industry best practice.
- Oversee implementation of network infrastructure and ensure alignment to the IT enterprise architecture and applicable standards.
- Oversee and manage the work performed by the IT Network Administration Sr. Specialist across network operations, network monitoring and testing, and network vendor management.
- Monitor and review periodic testing reports and statistics on the networks, servers and database performance and design plans to address infrastructure weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
- Oversee, manage, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong working relationship with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
- Follow up with service providers on escalated issues to ensure the provision of appropriate maintenance and support, fast response to calls, and implementation of needed updates.
- Conduct a thorough review and analysis reports submitted by subordinates and make timely decisions to ensure enhancing the IT Infrastructure & Operations Department performance, mitigating highlighted risks and achieving objectives.

**Automation**
- Provide leadership to enhance organizational capability through training, mentorship and operational support, and drive a cross functional high-performance work team environment, including plant and regional manufacturing technical resources, engineering, sales and IT.
- Drive development and adoption of Operations technologies across the manufacturing and Sales organization that improve sustainability and operational capability.

**F. Data Management**
- Oversee and monitor the design, construction, and implementation of the company's databases and Database Management System (DBMS) as well as the documentation of database architecture, scheme, tables, procedures, and permissions.
- Oversee and manage the work performed by the Database Administration Specialist and the Systems Administration Specialist across operations management, end user support, and vendor management.

**G. IT Services**
- Oversee management of IT Service business continuity and change management activities and collaborate with information Security on mutual security projects, programs and plans.

**Qualification, Experience and Skills**:
**Qualification**:

- Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering or other relevant areas.
- IT Certifications are required from CISCO, Microsoft etc.

**Experience**:

- 8 - 13 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations management in medium to large, multilocation Manufacturing and Sales Organization.

**Skills**:

- Track record of strong people/team development.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation standards.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and see projects through completion.
