We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Telecommunications and Electronics Engineer to lead the design, integration, and implementation of advanced telecommunications and electronic systems within our engineering projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Telecom design projects, including conceptualization, detailed design, and implementation, ensuring adherence to project requirements, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop Telecom design concepts, specifications, and drawings based on client needs, applicable codes, and standards.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Telecom design software for drafting, modeling, and analysis.
- Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate Telecom systems into overall building designs.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather information for design development and troubleshooting.
- Review and evaluate technical proposals, specifications, and submittals from vendors and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team members.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
- Participate in design review meetings, client presentations, and discussions to address technical issues and provide updates on project progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Telecom engineering design.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the design process.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design engineering.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Strong understanding of telecom engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex engineering challenges and develop innovative design solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in design documentation and deliverables.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the design phase of projects, from concept development to construction documentation.
- Leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
