Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Telecommunication Infrastructure Engineer**to join our team

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Lead the design and engineering of robust telecommunications infrastructure**for large-scale projects, including fiber optic networks, cabling systems, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and public address systems.
- **Develop detailed engineering design packages,**including schematics, plans, cable routing diagrams, equipment specifications, and bills of materials.
- **Serve as the primary technical lead,**guiding junior engineers and designers while ensuring the technical accuracy and quality of all project deliverables.
- **Manage the full project**for the telecom scope, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to design, and construction support.
- **Coordinate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders,**including architects, civil and electrical engineers, clients, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems.
- **Ensure all designs comply with national and local codes,**industry standards (e.g., BICSI, TIA/EIA), and project-specific requirements.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Extensive experience in designing telecommunications infrastructure
- Deep technical knowledge of **fiber optic network design,**including link loss calculations, splicing, and termination.
- Proven expertise in designing and specifying **voice, data, video, and security systems**(LAN, WAN, CCTV, access control).
- Proficiency with **computer-aided design (CAD) software,**such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D, for creating detailed layouts and schematics.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices from organizations like **BICSI and the TIA/EIA.**
- Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects concurrently.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- **BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer)**certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working on **large-scale infrastructure projects,**such as smart cities, airports, or rail systems.
- Familiarity with network design tools and simulation software.
- Familiar with local Saudi ICT codes and standards.
