About GE HealthCare

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **on-site clinical support** to healthcare professionals during surgeries involving **C-Arm systems**.
- Conduct **training sessions and workshops** for surgeons, radiographers, and OR staff to optimize system usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to **resolve customer inquiries** and enhance product efficiency.
- Ensure **customer satisfaction** by addressing concerns and providing best practices for system operation.
- Stay updated on **latest clinical trends and technological advancements** to enhance training quality.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Newly graduated or 2 years of experience at most.
- Preferably **technical knowledge or experience** in radiology, biomedical engineering, operating room technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of **medical imaging equipment**, preferably **C-Arm or fluoroscopy systems**.
- Excellent **communication and training skills** to effectively educate healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a **surgical environment**, providing real-time support during procedures.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on **customer satisfaction**.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
