Assists the Director, Training & Development with the management of staff activities and administrative operations of Training & Development (T&D). Develops administrative Systems as directed.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Assists the director to conduct comprehensive studies on the training needs of the Hospital's departments and create a yearly master training plan.

2. Assists in preparing the annual operating budget for assigned services/functions, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

3. Conduct assessments to identify training and educational requirements aligned with the objectives of the educational and training programs.

4. Develops and delivers training programs and workshops to educators and other interdisciplinary professionals, ensuring optimal outcomes for educational and training initiatives.

5. Oversees all in-house educational activities, including program design, implementation, evaluation, reports, and distance learning initiatives.

6. Provides independent technical advice, consultation, and personalized support to educators and interdisciplinary professionals in the relevant professional field, incorporating current best practices.

7. Reviews existing department policies, essential program materials, and courses and suggest recommended modifications as directed.

8. Assists the Director in evaluating the performance of the staff and the approval of leaves.

9. Chairs and/or serves as a member of committees/taskforces as assigned.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Training & Education, Health Administration, Applied Health Professionals or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Nine (9) years of related experience with Master’s, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including three (3) years in senior/ supervisory capacity related to Education & training is required.
