Job description
- **Position**: IT Support Level-1
- **Location**: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- **Working Days: 5** Day every week(on-site)
- **Working Hours**:Full-Time, Standard Business Hours
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Employment Type**: Fixed Term Contract
- **Preferred Contract**: B2B with Sharp Brains Limited (UK) - you should be eligible to contract/file your taxes yourself. (As Self Employed / Contractor or through an Umbrella company)
- **Language**: Bilingual (English + Local Language)

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement solutions
- Document all technical issues and resolutions
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and networks
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Support Level or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols and technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Contract
