**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HVAC systems across metro station facilities, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct thorough assessments and regular maintenance checks to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan.
- Spearhead innovative projects aimed at enhancing system efficiency, including the integration of green technologies and sustainable practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to develop and implement comprehensive HVAC strategies that align with operational goals and budget constraints.
- Ensure all HVAC operations comply with relevant health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on HVAC systems design and management.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC facilities management, with specific expertise in managing systems within high-traffic public facilities such as metro stations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large-scale HVAC projects, from conceptualization through to completion.
- Proficiency in using modern HVAC analysis and design software, as well as familiarity with green technologies and sustainable practices in system design.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
