**Responsibilities**:
This role will be working within a team that provides legal operations and legal tech consultancy services to DWF's clients, with the key responsibility being the provision of consultancy advice directly to clients and project management of such consultancy projects. The team support clients in delivering their operational transformation projects, mapping existing workflows, identifying process improvements and the technology tools that will be best suited to their use cases and project managing the implementation of such changes. This role will be a key contributor to and leading the project team on the ground with our Middle East clients.
- Working directly with clients to support the provision of legal consultancy advice and to design and implement transformation solutions;
- Conducting and documenting process mapping exercises, both to confirm the current state of a client's legal operations and to suggest improvements;
- Conducting needs analysis and suggesting solutions to client problems and advising on questions of functionality and capability of common legal tech tools;
- Designing implementation plans and advising clients on how best to manage operational and technology change within their organisation;
- Project managing the implementation of operational and technology change projects on behalf of clients;
- Assisting with the creation and provision of training guides and procedures for users to use legal tech tools within an operational delivery context; and
- Actively promoting the provision of legal operations and technology consultancy services to clients through demonstrations and the creation of promotional materials and case studies.

What will help you succeed in this role?:

- Experience working within the legal services market and knowledge of the provision of legal services either within a law firm environment or within an in-house capacity
- Good understanding of legal tech tools such as contract lifecycle management, document automation, expert logic systems and machine learning/AI
- Experience in project management techniques and process mapping
- Effective personal organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands and priorities workloads across a range of ongoing projects
- The ability to work under pressure, to tight timescales with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills with a professional approach to clients

Must be fluent in Arabic and English.

About us:
DWF's consultancy advice can cover a wide variety of the different legal operational styles and areas of workload, so a background knowledge of a variety of legal operational areas is important with a particular focus on Contract Lifecycle Management. DWF's consultancy is also technology independent and familiarity with common technologies such as ICERTIS, Sirion Labs, Ironclad and others is preferable. Whichever technology tools this individual may have used previously, a continuing motivation to find and explore new use cases and desire to continue building their knowledge of new technologies will be a requirement.
