**Roles and responsibilities**:
**-Ensure customer satisfaction scores (NPS, Category Ratings) are as per**

**targets**:

- Supply Selection - Owning the process to select right quality of supply
- Designing SOPs to deliver customer delight
- Design Screening, training and retraining programs to improve partner skill set.
- Determining measures of success for partner performance and keep an active watch via dashboards
- Generating insights for improving quality via data trends and regular customer interactions.
- Stay up to date and adopt technological innovations trending in the category to deliver the best customer experience

**-Ensure high customer repeat**:

- Using available functionalities to create ease in selling repeat bookings.
- Define the SKUs to be sold with a high repeat motive in mind. This includes defining which package/bundle would suit a particular SKU.

**-Ensure Partner NPS are as per targets**:

- Creating & executing partner engagement processes (rewarding & recognizing top performers, incentive schemes)
- On ground coordination with manpower companies to solve partner related issues.
- Taking initiatives for improving experience of the partner at various touch points (screening, training/retraining and lifecycle management)

**-Ensure Seamless Order fulfillment**:

- Ensuring operations run smoothly to deliver on time service. (no cancellations, no late shows, no missed appointments)
- Ensuring all jobs are delivered with the prescribed set of equipment and consumables.

**Required Job Skills and knowledge**:

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality. Knowledge of
SQL and prior experience in business analytics is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of work experience preferably in start-ups or in operations domain.
- Willingness to hustle, and go above and beyond to get things done.
- Ability to engage and manage a large base of blue-collared work force.
