Supervise the Purchasing activities on daily basis for all types of orders (Projects & Fixed Assets).
- Ensure that shipments are imported, exported, and cleared in the efficient manner.
- Validate and confirm with the LOBs Technical teams, the quantity and specifications required per purchase order.
- Perform on regular basis supplier’s performance using evaluation form.
- Prepare weekly reports for Purchase Orders for all projects.
- Prepare Payment Request per purchase order to process payment; follow up with the A/P accountant till payment is released and inform the supplier with the transfer / check details.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for all purchase documentation per project.
- Handle and follow-up on the full cycle of product/equipment in the Repair and Return process.
- Handle shipping, clearance and freight forwarding companies.
- Supervise & support purchasing team.
- Organize daily logístical operations, order fulfillment and distribution.
- Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to internal and external customers based on needs.
- Obtain and maintain rate quotes for domestic and international shipments.
- Schedule pickups, tracking and tracing freight (origin to destination).
- Receive, review, and process transportation documentation such as B/L for each shipment accurately, thoroughly, efficiently and performing all functions within a strict time frame.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental, environmental, safety regulations.
- Supervise & support purchasers in his team.
- Communicate with other departments to solve low-level conflicts.

- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to multi-task management simultaneously.
