Bytes Future, one of the leading Digital Marketing and Advertising Agency in GCC is recruiting for Male / Female Account Manager - Client Services for its Riyadh office.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review progress, discuss performance, and present new opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Project Management**:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Contribute to the development of new business proposals and presentations.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., creative, strategy, media) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Contribute to the overall success of the agency.
**Key Skills Required**
Native Arabic Speaker & excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Bachelor Degree or Certificate.
Confident & socially active.
Be goal driven, resilient and hungry to win business.
The ability to 'deliver'
1-3 year experience preferred in similar role
