**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- SAP knowledge or YPP graduate is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and effectively manage client expectations.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
