**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from generating invoices to monitoring collections and resolving outstanding payments.
Ø Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition.
Ø Oversee the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor relationship management.
Ø Ensure compliance with payment terms, accuracy of expense reports, and resolution of payment discrepancies.
Ø Conduct regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Ø Investigate and resolve discrepancies, and provide clear explanations for adjustments made.
Ø Monitor company expenses and implement effective cost control measures to optimize spending.
Ø Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) to align with production and sales activities, identifying areas for improvement.
Ø Track and analyze COGS data, providing detailed reports on trends and insights to guide decision-making.
Ø Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline processes and enhance profitability.
Ø Perform regular cash and bank reconciliations, ensuring consistency between financial records and bank statements.

Ø Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
Ø Generate comprehensive management reports that provide insights into financial performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Ø Present findings to senior management and contribute to strategic discussions.
Ø Manage the inventory reconciliation process to ensure accuracy between physical stock and financial records.
Ø Work closely with operations teams to address discrepancies and improve inventory management.
**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Ø Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with a strong focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reconciliation.
Ø Profound knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS standards, and financial regulations.
Ø Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Ø Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
Ø Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.
Ø Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Ø Familiarity with Saudi Arabian accounting standards and taxation regulations is advantageous.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
