Application Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Retail Pro system users, addressing any software-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide guidance on how to best utilize the Retail Pro system.
- Conduct system analysis, configuration, and customization to meet specific business requirements within the Retail Pro environment.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and manuals, to facilitate user training and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the IT team and software developers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues related to Retail Pro and its integration with SAP.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups, to ensure system stability and security.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Retail Pro functionalities and best practices to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Retail Pro features, updates, and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations for system improvements, especially in the context of SAP integration.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in system analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach to support delivery.
