We are seeking a proactive and motivated General HR Trainee under the Tamheer program to join our Human Resources team. This offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of HR. As a General HR trainee, you will assist in a wide range of HR tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR-related documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and generating reports.
- Aid in organizing training and development programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by assisting in employee relations activities and addressing employee concerns.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Saudi nationality is a must.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, English language, and translation.
- Currently not employed elsewhere.
- No prior participation in the program.

Please note that the training program will have a duration of six months.
