JLL is seeking talented graduates to join our Occupier Business Services (OBS) Graduate Program in Saudi Arabia. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support client account teams in delivering strategic real estate services to corporate occupiers
- Assist with workplace strategy development and implementation projects
- Help analyze occupancy data and prepare utilization reports
- Support lease administration and portfolio management activities
- Participate in creating and maintaining client service delivery plans
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting for occupier clients
- Support workplace technology implementation and management
- Help coordinate facilities management services and vendor relationships
- Contribute to sustainability and wellness initiatives for corporate workplaces

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
- Graduation within the last two years or expected graduation by program start date
- Strong academic performance
- Basic understanding of corporate real estate and workplace concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills preferred
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Saudi nationals preferred in line with Saudization objectives
