**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Strategy Development**: Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies, including vision, mission, strategic objectives, and KPIs.
- **Gap Analysis**: Conduct assessments to identify gaps in current data capabilities and recommend actionable improvements.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Conduct interviews to understand business pain points, challenges, and strategic requirements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure data strategies comply with national and international regulatory requirements.
- **Operating Model Design**: Design organizational structures, roles, sourcing models, and governance frameworks for effective data management.
- **Use Case Identification**: Identify and define BI and analytics use cases, outlining objectives, benefits, and data requirements.
- **Implementation Roadmap**: Develop detailed implementation plans, prioritize initiatives, and identify quick wins.
- **Data Architecture Design**: Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to meet organizational needs.
- **Platform Management**: Manage data platforms and data marts for optimal functionality.
- **Integration Solutions**: Design and implement seamless data integration solutions.
- **Performance Optimization**: Optimize data architecture for scalability and performance improvements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data architecture and processes.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical guidance and support for implementing and maintaining data architecture solutions.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 10+ years of experience in data strategy, architecture, and management.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in designing data solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
- **Leadership**: Proven leadership and team management experience.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in data management and strategy (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA, CDMP).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
