**Job title**:Commercial Digitalization Manager
**Department**: Commercial team
**Division / Section**:Port/Sea Mobility
**Role Purpose**:
To research and identify how we establish a second-to-none Port Community System(PCS). Develop and implement said PCS. Evaluate day-to-day opportunities and create a strategic plan for the continued Digitalization development of NEOM Ports.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Drive the strategy creation towards building an exceptional digital Port Community System serving the port community, including customers, government entities and other stakeholders.
- Define and design the roadmap of the customer journey for a clear definition of the services to be provided and how to improve flow for our customers.
- Define high level fiscal model for the Port Community System.
- Define blueprint and explore which enablers a service may involve. Identify and document services and how they interact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, service providers, operational personnel to define the services.
- Identify digital touchpoints that need to be included to realize the overall service/customer journey.
- Create customer journey / service vision document.
- Competitive and comparative analysis of possible solutions
- Work closely with the Supply Chain, IT, and Customs(authorities) to ensure a coordinated development of a holistic Port Community System.
- General monitoring of the implementation of the Port Community Systems. Preparation of studies & statistics on the digitalization of the maritime port community systems in the industry.
**Qualifications**
- Degree / Postgraduate in IT, Business, Finance or Engineering.
**Background, Skills, and Experience**
- Manufacturing background and understanding
- Experience in dealing with government entities - such as customs
- Experience and the anility to lead IT projects of high complexity
- Strong commercial and technical mindset
- Ideally - 7+ years of project management / consultancy
