Experience - **Required** minimum 1 year experience on a drilling rig as roughneck/floorhand or above. Alternatively 1 year experience as casing hand/other service crew.
- With guidance from the International Sales Manager have an open and honest dialogue into forming a sales budget.
- Consistently meet the sales budget each quarter.
- Able to follow up on sales forecast/budget, provide action plan to meet forecast.
- Writing, sending, and following up on quotes including calling clients and potential clients.
- Self starter able to identify and follow up on potential new leads with guidance from International Sales Manager.
- After initial training period competent to present the product line to drilling operations personnel.
Understand the local market and provide feedback to head office on trends and new requirements

Commission Structure is Applicable
