Salla, a leading computer software company, is currently seeking a Facility Services professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-paced and dynamic company that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including buildings, offices, and equipment.
- Develop policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of Salla’s facilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for essential services, such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment and ensure proper allocation of resources to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate and execute office moves, including furniture installation and other logístical arrangements.
- Manage the budget for facility services and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local related to facility management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facilities with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
