As part of EMEA HR Operations reporting to the HR Operations Manager; this role is responsible for ensuring that operational HR services are delivered to employees and Team Leaders.
The role will support multiple geography, primarily GCC.

**Key Responsibilities**
- HR Operations Management - providing local market knowledge and expertise on the effective delivery of our day to day hire to retire HR processes, policies and activities.
- A focus on adherence to standard, continuous improvement opportunities and providing an engaging and customer-focused service in partnership with a third-party provider.
- Local legislative tasks as appropriate
- Accountable for delivering resolution for complex issues and escalations
- Administrative support for ad-hoc projects and local Labour Relations
- HR Policies and Information - reviewing and keeping up to date HR policies and maintaining content on the HR portal.
- Partner with outsourced provider to educate them on KC culture, policy and practice
- Providing HR Operations cover (HR operations processes design, Global and Regional HR Operations Projects implementation) across EMEA
- Fluent in Arabic & English
