**Job Overview**: A Senior Copywriter is expected to supervise, edit, and publish content written by Junior Copywriters and maintain brand consistency throughout all online channels. The ultimate goal is to create informative and compelling content about the products/services of a company.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Should understand, follow, and implement ToYou’s communication strategy and TOV in all the produced content material.
- Should follow and evolve all brand policies, processes, and procedures.
- Should understand, follow, and implement ToYou’s communication strategy and TOV in all the produced content material.

- Researching industry-related topics and identifying gaps in our content.
- Writing original copy for ads and social networks.
- Publish/announce all material within our internal communication platforms.
- Receive briefs, provide briefs to the junior team and make sure all written material meets targets.
- Communicate with various departments within ToYou and facilitate requests.
- Writing and proofreading blog posts/articles about the services and products of our company.
- Attentive, proactive not reactive.
- Creating promotional content for social networks (e.g. online ads, PNs, and banners).
- Learning about the features of company’s products.
- Coordinating with designers for complementing text with graphics, charts, and images, as needed.
- Updating existing content and blogs on the company’s App.
- Create and oversee reports on content (e.g. weekly or monthly).
- Ensure the implementation of ToYou’s identity and tone of voice in all written material wither addressing B2B or B2C.
- Able to evolve and showcase ToYou’s brand values in all written material.
- Should have leadership skills, be able to manage team, contribute and initiate new ideas, and strives to uplift all written material released by ToYou.
- Capability of fully presenting creative presentations, able of creating MOM’s, presenting, attentive, and able to represent the creative team.
- Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or any related discipline

**Minimum Experience**:

- 4-5 years relevant experience in Copywriting.

**Language**:

- Arabic: Native
- English: Advanced
