**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring the project progresses according to schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of construction plans and specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Nationality should be Jordanian, Palestinian, Lebanese, or Syrian.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing construction projects in the NEOM region.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management techniques, and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the NEOM region.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of construction management software and tools.
