Responsible in establishing effective project governance, processes and systems and provides assistance in professional planning and hands-on management of Commercial Real Estate Management projects.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Developsbusiness proposals and commercial real estate budgets. Prepares Request forProposals (RFP) in line with governing regulations.
- Coordinates varioustransaction activities and projects of the department.
- Provides commercial assessmentof contracts for buildings managed by the Hospital.
- Develops business casessupported by market data on real estate facilities in partnership/coordinationwith related stakeholders.
- Provides regular updates andapplies appropriate project management tools including reporting and monitoringsystems.
- Provides support in financialcontrolling of real estate projects.
- Initiates and fosters businessrelationships with investors, developers, and consultants.
- Keeping up to date with trendsin the property and commercial market.
- Follows all Hospital’s relatedPolicies and Procedures.
- Participates in self andothers' education, training and development, as applicable.
- Performs other related dutiesas assigned.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Project Management, or other related disciple is required.

**Experience Required**:
Seven (7) years of related experiences with Master’s, or nine (9) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
