In this role, they are responsible for the day-to-day execution and oversight of the firm's real estate investment activities within the regulated investment funds.

**Key responsibilities of the Director include**:

- Sourcing and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities that align with the funds' investment mandates and risk profiles
- Conducting in-depth due diligence and financial modeling to support investment recommendations
- Negotiating and structuring real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing arrangements
- Overseeing the asset management of portfolio properties, including implementing value-enhancement initiatives
- Monitoring the performance of individual real estate investments and the overall fund portfolios
- Collaborating with the compliance and legal teams to ensure all real estate investment activities adhere to regulatory guidelines
- Providing regular updates and reporting to the Head of Real Estate Investment Funds on the funds' performance and outlook

The Director of Real Estate Investments serves as a critical link between the strategic direction set by the Head and the execution of real estate investment decisions. They must possess extensive real estate investment expertise, strong financial acumen, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the regulatory framework governing the firm's investment funds.

**Qualifications**:

- Arabic language is a MUST to be considered for this role
- Bachelor Degree
- Fund Management experience is required
- CME 4 Certification
- 6 - 10 years of experience in similar role
