Commercial Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, and contributing to the overall success of our commercial operations.
**Key Responsibilities in Commercial Coordination**: Coordinate procurement activities within the Distribution Center, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of products to maintain optimal inventory levels.- Liaise between the DC, procurement team, and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or product quality.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting demand to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Oversee the accurate recording of inventory movements and coordinate regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
