**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to boost campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, landing pages, and ad performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in early or growth-stage startups in a performance marketing role.
- Proven experience working across the full marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion, retention).
- Ability to take ownership and work independently with high accountability.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication in English
- Proficiency in MySQL in extracting and analyzing campaign performance data.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
