Nestlé is looking for someone to lead the Cluster DSP Team to ensure effective flow of Consensus demand information across Countries, Cluster & Categories aiming to ensure availability, consistent achievement of service level, optimum level of stocks with desired freshness that will enable the cluster to grow.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Lead MBPC in the cluster across all functions, to ensure consensus demand plan in line with Cluster/Country Dynamics.
- Making sure that sellout and trade stock cover is incorporated in Cluster MBPC (where available), and escalating whenever trade stock cover policy is not being followed as per the guidance provided.
- Driving Focus in cluster MBPC by supporting AI roadmap to automate forecasting of tail end SKU enabling the different stakeholders to focus on what matters.
- Drive bad goods & ageing stock reduction road map in the cluster/countries through strong process with the right governance to contribute positively to bottom-line improvements.
- Regulating Risks and Opportunities flow across Countries/Cluster through a strong governance to track variation of MOSAIC vs APO, aiming to triggering the correct signal for the category DSP.
- Drive tools implementation and knowledge, with the team, to analyze and enable data driven decision making for business efficiencies.
- Participating in defining operational master plan for Cluster & DSP, and leading one of the drivers across countries in line with Market strategies and priorities.
- Continuous improvement and career development of the team.
- Manage and develop a diverse, skilled, motivated team of Demand and Supply planners across the cluster

**What will make you successful**
- Minimum of 5 years of D&SP experience, preferably within a consumer’s goods company.
- Understanding of the whole E2E Supply Chain process: from production to the customers shelves. Preferred: Understanding the MENA transportation network and knowledge on the triangular scenarios.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP R/3 and APO. SAP knowledge mainly to make processes continuously efficient. This will enable efficient management of the team
- Competency to explain the purpose/benefits and examples of NCE advanced practices
- Knowledge and/or experience in sales, distribution center operations, customer service, purchasing and inventory control
