**About the role**:
The Saudi & Sub-Saharan Africa (MEP) Cluster Lead is responsible for managing delivery of the defined scope of work delivered on the account at 5 sites (Jeddah General Office, Saudi Sales Offices and Johannesburg & Nairobi Offices). In this capacity there are 8 major activities for which they are accountable:
People Management - develop and sustain a high quality well motivated team
Client Management - ensure that client’s expectations are met
Contracts Management - ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered
Finance Management - ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements
Health and Safety Management - ensuring the provision of a safe working environment
Site Operations Management - implementing industry best practice operations
Sustainability - demonstrate a commitment to JLL and client sustainability programs

**What this job involves**:
People Management
Provide leadership to FM teams in the designated cluster
Mentor & enable training & development of team members
Ensure Succession Planning for all critical roles is ready for implementation
Nurture an environment conducive to good teamwork and co-operation among colleagues
Promote Initiative/Idea sharing across the sites in the Cluster and create opportunities for wider collaboration in the account and company

Client Engagement
Establish/Strengthen credible relationships with client leaders in the Cluster.
Interact on a regular basis with client Leaders in the Cluster to sustain healthy relationships.

Operations and Contract Management
Ensure that all Regional/Cluster bundled contracts are implemented with excellence at sites and performance managed working closely with Regional Sourcing team
Work with Regional and Global Purchasing to implement Regional/Global sourcing strategies
Site Operations Management
Deliver services as defined in the relevant Schedules of the Master Agreement ensuring the implementation and compliance with Best Practice procedures
Ensure critical & key performance measurements & achieve targets
Ensure that Account Management is informed immediately of any Critical Performance incidents on site/s and support Regional Operations Manager in performing the follow-up actions and communications.
Ensure Completion of all required audits and CSA’S and achieve targets in the cluster.
Adhere to client and JLL’s code of business ethics.

Health and Safety Management
Ensure that all sites meet all legal and Client required H&S regulations
Ensure that all Jones Lang LaSalle staff are working in compliance with H&S regulations

Finance Management
Ensure that all sites meet all financial targets and control requirements
Provide standard monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports as required
Any other tasks not stated here that are consistent and in line with the role of cluster manager.
