- Development and implementation of automation, digital reporting, and data management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Define project requirements, monitor progress, and report on relevant KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with project team representatives to gather inputs on data management initiatives and support the implementation of digital processes and automation.
- Drive the development and integration of digital systems within the broader business framework.
- Act as a liaison with stakeholders to address issues related to data management and ensure seamless communication.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned, within the scope of the role, to support team objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in data management and analysis.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Expertise in developing automated PowerBI reporting systems, equivalent to the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate level.
- Proficiency in interpreting and writing DAX and M Code syntax.
- Solid understanding of Power Platform capabilities, equivalent to the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
- Ability to independently undertake detailed analytics and visualise complex datasets.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Capability to develop PowerBI Paginated Reports using PowerBI Report Builder.
- Ability to independently create PowerApps and utilize Microsoft Fabric Analytical and Data Engineering tools.
- Good understanding of Construction Industry and current digital technologies involved such as BIM.
