Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Completions Director for our client in the Oil & Gas industry. The Completions Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the completions operations for various oil and gas projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution and delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement completions strategies and plans for different oil and gas projects.
- Oversee and manage the completions activities, including wellbore preparation, well testing, and equipment installation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including drilling and production teams, to ensure seamless integration of completions activities.
- Manage and supervise completions contractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate completion performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and review completions reports, documentation, and cost estimates.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to completions team members.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in completions operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to lead a team of engineers/supervisors for the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities
- Expertise in EPC Projects.
- Proven track record of successful completions management for oil and gas projects.
- In-depth knowledge of completions techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with international clients and managing projects in different geographical locations.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
