Business Development Executive

1. Implement sales strategy to increase sales volume and achieve set targets.
2. Analyze the companies’ market, identify potential customers, and direct sales efforts towards them.
3. Build and enhance strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular contact, site visits and consultations.
4. Develop customized business proposals and presentations to convince customers of the company’s products and services.
5. Implement pricing and negotiation strategies to reach profitable business agreements.
6. Monitor competition and analyze competitors’ performance to identify strengths and weaknesses and develop appropriate marketing strategies.
7. Provide regular reports on sales performance and achievement of set targets to the sales team and senior management.
8. Collaborate with other teams within the company such as marketing, development and technical support to effectively meet customer needs.
9. Monitor market trends and industry innovations to stay up to date.
10. Commitment to the company’s performance standards, policies and operational procedures.
