The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Partnership Development: Communicate and collaborate with directors, producers, and industry partners to establish and nurture strategic alliances.
- Commercial Evaluation: Review and assess business proposals and projects to determine their market potential and commercial viability.
- Funding Sources Identification: Identify and pursue funding opportunities for projects, including investors, partnerships, and grants.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth areas.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of business initiatives and ensure they align with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
