The **Dealer Business Manage**r for the **Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain** at Steelcase is a pivotal role that partners with regional dealers to develop, track, and manage sales plans. This position is crucial in closing priority sales opportunities, leading account strategy, and offering consultative support through Steelcase insights. As the dealer’s advocate within Steelcase for the region, you will collaborate with internal teams on showroom experience, mock-ups, new product launches, and other initiatives to ensure dealers receive the necessary support for success.

**Location: Riyadh (need to travel across the Kingdom and Bahrain)**

**What you will be doing**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and manage dealer-specific sales goals, set overall and brand-specific targets, and work closely with the Dealer leadership team to ensure objectives are met.
- **Market Development**: Craft key country strategies with dealers to enhance Steelcase's market presence and identify growth opportunities.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to expand business in existing dealer-led and Steelcase global accounts.
- **Collaboration**: Work strategically with business partners within Steelcase and act as a local relay.
- **Training & Support**: Facilitate training to bolster dealer growth and capabilities.
