**Your responsibilities**:

- Oversees the creation of manufacturing subcontracts and manages the subcontractor jointly with other involved disciplines, including Supply Chain Management. (e.g. subcontract employees are provided guidance on health and safety requirements and work practices, issued permits to work).
- Prepare the production plan in line to the project requirement, prepare resource and material planning to ensure the project timelines are met.
- Should able to identify the risks and slippages in the plan and can take preventive actions to mitigate in order to meet the project timelines
- Supervise the layout for the sampling systems in line to the requirement, tubing of components as per the P&ID drawings provided, should able to identify the different type of components
- Supervise the installation of analyzers, headers, SCS cabinets, electrical panels, etc and interlinking tubing between equipment in the analyzer house to ensure the correctness and quality
- Lead electrical and functionality check of analyzer house by loop checking, PLC logic and healthiness of other electrical components during internal testing and customer FAT / SAT
- Able to supervise the team of technicians and monitor the quality of workmanship and progress of the job
- Keep the stock of the issued materials at any point of time
- Should ensure that the mark up drawings are available from the technicians performing the job for the as built documentation
- Ensures compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented, while monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety.

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you'll hold a BE / Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical
- with 8-10 years of experience in production area of analyzer system integration
- Good verbal communication skills in English Language
- Able to read and understand the drawings.
- Technical know how on analytical products and systems preferred.
