**Key Responsibilities in Senior Accounting Roles**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

- **Compliance and Audit**: Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and standards; coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform detailed account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and resolving complex accounting issues.
- **Tax Preparation**: Oversee tax filings and ensure all financial activities are in compliance with tax regulations.
