JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Controls Engineer - Reporting to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of project performance metrics, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project status and progress. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will be essential in driving informed decision-making and enhancing project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Consolidate data from various sources to provide accurate visibility of project progress, risks, and trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project control processes and methodologies related to reporting.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify areas for improvement in reporting practices and implement enhancements as necessary.
- Support senior management in decision-making by providing insightful analysis of project data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls, with a focus on reporting in the civil engineering industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Saudi national preferred.
