This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at TakeLeap located in Riyadh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, and responding to client inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Ability to do walk ins and cold calling

**Mandatory**:

- Arabic Speaker
- Possess car and have driving license
- Worked in Riyadh region for 3-5 years
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
