Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities:
- **Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and capture new project opportunities, especially within Giga and Mega projects.**:
- **Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.**:
- **Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and client needs to enhance the company’s competitive edge.**:
- **Proposal Development: Oversee and contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.**:
- **Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the firm’s services and build brand awareness.**:
- **Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with engineering, project management, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and project execution.**:
- **Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
**Requirements:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).**:
- **Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development within the engineering consulting industry.**:
- **Proven experience in securing Giga and Mega projects.**:
- **Strong understanding of engineering consultancy services and project lifecycles.**:
- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.**:
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.**:
- **Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.**
**Preferred Skills**:
- **PMP or similar project management certification.**:
- **Experience working in the Saudi Arabia or similar markets.**:
- **Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure projects.
