**Project Manager**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the management and coordination of site engineers and all site-related activities for Infrastructure/National water company projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:
Develop and implement detailed project plans, including site logistics, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Oversee the planning and coordination of construction activities, working closely with the site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.
- **Site Engineer Management**:
Manage, mentor, and guide the team of site engineers, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined and executed effectively.

Ensure that site engineers are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and technical support to perform their duties efficiently.

Regularly evaluate the performance of site engineers, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:
Ensure that all construction work is carried out according to the approved designs, drawings, and technical specifications.

Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

Oversee the implementation of corrective actions when deviations from plans or standards are identified.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that all construction activities are executed within financial constraints.

Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor as needed to support the site’s engineering team and construction work.
- **Safety and Risk Management**:
Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Work with site engineers to identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project progress or safety.

Ensure that appropriate safety measures, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies are in place for all site activities.
- **Progress Monitoring and Reporting**:
Monitor the progress of construction work on-site, ensuring that it aligns with the project schedule.

Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to senior management, stakeholders, and clients regarding timelines, issues, and project milestones.

Identify and address any issues that may impact the project’s progress, such as delays, resource shortages, or technical challenges.

**Required : NWC / National Water Company Experience.**

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**BS Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.**

**Minimum Experience: 10+ Years**

**Skills**:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of site engineers.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and site management.

Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications.

**Required**:Water National company projects experience as PM.

Pay: ﷼999.00 - ﷼9,999.00 per month
