Multi Unit Manager

**Basic Function & General Purpose**:
Responsible for managing different sectors, regions, or multiple units of Joffrey’s. Hire and train employees prepare reports and sets budgets.

**Working Hours**:
48 hours a week and as per operation needs

**Activities & Responsibilities**

**Primary**

v Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Joffrey’s

v Set tools and objectives for departments or units.

v Develop budgets and ensure the department adheres to them.

v Participate in developing policies and procedures.

v Manage staff.

v Hire, train, and terminate workers as needed.

v Determine salary brackets.

v Handle employee relations.

v Attend and preside over meetings.

v Maintain employee records.

v Manage and direct overall operations.

v Set goals for each department.

v Communicate goals to department heads.

v Measure the success of each department.

v Manage support staff.

v Delegate responsibility.

v Generate and present reports on departmental goals.

v Participate in seminars and conferences.

v Motivate and encourage employees.

v Participate in lead generation and business development.

v Ensure high customer and client satisfaction.

v Solicit customer feedback.

v Ensure inventory is stocked and consistently replenished.

v Promote the company's mission and values.

v Set district and regional goals.

**Skill Requirements**:
v Working knowledge of food and beverage functions, and general knowledge of shop operations.

v Outgoing, positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with the public.

v Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and the ability to motivate others and provide direction for staff.

v Accurate cash handling skills and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret

v Charts and bar graphs.

v Proven ability to consistently deliver results with mínimal supervision.

v Flexible availability including daytime, evenings, weekends, and major holidays. Full availability for any

v Shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

v Restaurant management or food service experience required.

v Proficiency at all workstations in the lounge, including bar, food prep, pos system.

v Complete knowledge of Joffrey’s menu, product preparation, and standards.

v Working knowledge of all store equipment functions.

v Prior experience with point-of-sale cash handling systems preferred.
