Currently, we are seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator for one of our prestigious clients in the oil and energy sector. As a Field Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all field operations, equipment, and personnel are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail and a dedication to safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement field compliance plans and procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of field operations and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including permits, licenses, and certifications
- Work closely with other departments, including Operations and HSE, to identify and address compliance issues
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for field personnel
- Investigate and report on incidents and non-compliance events
- Manage and maintain all relevant compliance records

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent major in related field.
- Must have more than ten (10+) years of related safety/operational experienceand/or training, preferably in the oil/gas industry and shall have offshore oil/gasexperience.
- Must have international certificates related to safety such as OSHA, NFPA, FEMA,NIOSH, CSP, NEBOSH & OHSAS. Certified in Incident Investigation (i.e. TapRoot), asOSHA Trainer, HAZOP Leader & OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor.
- Must have experience in the following: Risk Management, Process Safety,Construction Safety, Behavioral safety & Emergency Management in hydrocarbonfacilities.
