At **Craftria**, we help businesses grow through targeted **Google Ads**, smart **TikTok influencer coordination**, and high-converting **digital strategies**.

We’re now building an online **service store** to make it easier for B2B clients to purchase our services directly.

We're on the hunt for a talented all-rounder who can manage **social media**, run **paid campaigns**, and write **SEO-driven content** that turns visitors into lead and manage the Agency website.

The specialist will work closely with B2B clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results, ensuring a cohesive approach to social media marketing that effectively reaches and engages business audiences.

The social media specialist and buyer must have a thorough understanding of various social media platform's advertising tools and analytics, with a focus on generating high-quality leads and maximizing ROI for B2B clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management For Agency**
- Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram (B2B-focused).
- Write creative, platform-appropriate captions in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Coordinate with designers for visuals and video content.
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and grow our client brands organically.
- Analyze insights to improve performance and reach.

**Social Media Management For Clients**
- Prepare monthly content calendars tailored to each client.
- Share posts in advance for feedback and approval.
- Adjust tone, style, or topics based on client preferences or performance trends.

**Paid Ads Buying For Clients And Agency**
- Set up and manage paid campaigns on **Google Ads**, **TikTok Ads**, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and ad copy.
- Track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and provide optimization insights.
- Work with the sales team to align campaign goals with client acquisition.

**Website Content & SEO Writing And Management**
- Write clear, conversion-focused copy for Craftria **website and online service store**.
- Develop service/product page content for offerings like:

- Google Ads Management Packages
- TikTok Influencer Bundles
- B2B Lead Generation Services
- Create blog posts, landing pages, and case studies optimized for search visibility.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain strong **UX & CRO** (conversion rate optimization).
- Review and accept new website orders and contact the Agency team to work on the orders.

1. **Platform Setup & Structure**
- Choose and set up the right CMS/e-commerce platform (e.g., **Webflow**, **WordPress + WooCommerce**, or **Shopify** for service sales).
- Structure site navigation for clarity (Home, Services, Pricing, FAQ, Contact, Checkout).
- Create clean URLs and consistent page hierarchies (SEO-friendly).

2. **Service Product Pages**
- Build product pages for packaged services (e.g., “Google Ads Kickstart”, “TikTok Influencer Bundle”).
- Include pricing, benefits, what’s included, delivery time, and FAQs.
- Add clear CTAs like “Buy Now”, “Book a Call”, or “Add to Cart”.

3. **Checkout & Payment Integration**
- Set up secure, smooth checkout with payment options like:

- Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay (via **Paytabs** or **Stripe KSA**).

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in:

- Social media management
- Paid ad campaign management (especially Instagram Ads & Google Ads, TikTok)
- SEO content writing for websites
- Solid understanding of **B2B marketing funnels** and buyer journeys.
- Knowledge of tools like:

- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush
- WordPress or Webflow (for content publishing)
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong time management and remote collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of SEO and how it relates to social content.
