**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair complex **electrical and electronic systems** in modern vehicles.
- Perform **software updates and programming** for ECUs, infotainment systems, and other electronic modules.
- Troubleshoot issues related to **wiring, sensors, lighting, batteries, alternators, and starters**.
- Use **advanced diagnostic tools and software** (e.g., ODIS, GTech, Delphi) to identify faults accurately.
- Ensure all repairs comply with **manufacturer standards and warranty policies**.
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities in the system for transparency and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the mechanical team to address interdisciplinary issues.
- Provide **technical advice** to customers regarding electrical system maintenance and repairs.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in an official automotive agency service center.
- **In-depth knowledge of vehicle warranty policies** and procedures.
- Proficiency in using **diagnostic tools and software** for electrical systems.
- Expertise in repairing **modern automotive electronics**, including:

- Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Infotainment and navigation systems
- Battery Management Systems (BMS) in electric/hybrid vehicles
- Ability to read and interpret **electrical schematics and wiring diagrams**.
- **Familiarity with various car brands** (e.g., Toyota, Mercedes, BMW, Hyundai).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Team player** with excellent communication skills.
- Holds a **diploma or certification in automotive electrical systems**.
- Has **manufacturer-specific certifications** (e.g., from Toyota, Mercedes, BMW).
- Is **honest, organized, and committed** to delivering high-quality work.
