**Job description**:
Directs the organization's financial and accounting department as well as its relationship with HQ functions, banks, auditors, and tax experts by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate, long-range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.
- Is in contact with the treasury team of HQ.
- Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on the organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth.
- Coordinates tax reporting programs.
- Analyzes consolidates and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.
- Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the corporation's closing packages.
- Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations.
- Evaluates and recommends business partnering opportunities.
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
- Drive the company’s financial and liquidity planning
- Recommend on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with the law in KSA and company’s policies

- Highly trustworthy and reliable.
- Strong organizational skills.

**Professional requirements**:

- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Manager, or in a relevant financial leadership role.
- Over 15 years of progressive financial management experience in retail or a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi ZATCA systems and regulations.
- Knowledge of local legislation in their area of responsibility.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., ERP).
- SOCPA Member is a plus.
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.

**Languages**:
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
